  • What can I host at Letts Party?
    Any event can be hosted at Letts Party, including: Intimate Weddings Bridal & Baby Showers Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties Engagement Parties Birthday Parties Book Signings Photo Shoots Wine Tastings Launch Parties Fundraisers Art Exhibitions Fashion Shows Video Shoots Dinner Theaters Speed Dating Meet Ups & Meetings Business Workshops Album Release Parties Literally any type of event can be hosted at Letts Party
  • Do I have to pay for the hours when I’ll be decorating?
    Yes. All additional hours needed prior to set up is $125 an hour. ❖ There is a $200 early setup fee if you wish to setup for your event the night before (as availability permits). You would want to check with your event coordinator on how many additional hours you would need to setup.
  • What is required to secure the event date?
    A signed contract and $150 fee will serve as your NON REFUNDABLE retainer to secure your event date. The remainder of the balance is due 30 business days prior to your event.
  • Are tables and chairs included?
    Every rental includes 50 folding chairs as well as six 60in round tables and six 6ft rectangle tables. Additonal Tables and chairs can be purchased for an additional fee.
  • Is there a deposit or cleaning fee?
    We require a $300.00 refundable incidental deposit due 14 days prior to your event. Which is refunded 7-14 business days after your event once your inspection is complete and a $75.00 non-refundable COVID sanitation fee that is included in your rental price. A $250 cleaning fee is optional to add into any of our packages. This is after all of your decorations and food are removed from the venue.
  • What type of decorations are NOT allowed?
    No nails, tape, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed on site. NO OPEN FLAMES. Candles must be placed inside vase or some type of container.
  • Can we bring outside food and beverages?
    Yes! You are able to bring your own food and beverages. Alcoholic beverages are also allowed but must be administered by a certified bartender. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES.
  • Is there a prep kitchen?
  • Is there a speaker system?
    Yes we have our own sound system speakers on both sides of our venues that eliminate the need for a DJ.
  • Is the venue available for photo shoots?
    Yes, you will have use of the full venue.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    If the event is canceled for any reason, you forfeit your retainer ($300). No refunds will be given on balances paid in full in advance (no exceptions). Letts Party will make every to accommodation to reschedule requests as availability permits. A reschedule fee may apply.
  • Am I able to change the date of my event?
    If you need to reschedule your event, a $25 reschedule fee may apply unless previously discussed.
  • Do you decorate the venue?
    Event planning, decorating, and/or day of coordination are available for an additional fee. We’d be happy to discuss options with you.
